We prohibit entry to our facilities for:

1) Any person intending to offer services or plans related to the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents.
2) Children and Adolescents who are not accompanied by their parents or guardians or who are not properly authorized by them.

We warn all our guests and customers that in accordance with Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, Law 1098 of 2006, Law 1336 of 2009, Resolution 3840 of 2009, and the Global Code of Ethics for Tourism, the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors (Children and Adolescents) in the country are punishable by up to 20 years in prison and fines of up to 1500 Current Legal Monthly Minimum Wages.
